Q:  what is Bulgur?
A:  Bulgur is a whole grain that is widely used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking.  Bulgur looks feels and cooks like rice, but is much higher in protein, dietary fiber and iron.  

Q:  What is Quinoa?
A:  Quinoa (pronounced KEEN-wah) is an ancient "grain" that is grown in the Andes Mountains of Central America.  Quinoa, known as The Mother Grain is one of the few vegetarian sources of a complete or perfect protein.  It is classified as a perfect protein because it contains all of the nine essential amino acids that our bodies don't produce and that we normally source from red meats, fish, poultry, cheese, egg whites and dairy.  Quinoa is also is high in dietary fiber and iron.

Q:  Are dehydrated vegetables as healthy as fresh vegetables?
A:  Dehydrated vegetables maintain more of their nutritional values than frozen or canned vegetables, and their nutritive values are almost identical to fresh vegetables.

Q:  Where can I find your products?
A:  Our products are sold through our website.  If you are looking for a local retail store in your area, please go to the "Locations" tab to find a location near you.  If there is a store in your area that you would like to see our products in, please contact us and we will happily send you a handout to bring to your local grocery manager.

Q:  Do you sell wholesale?
A:  Yes, we do sell wholesale.  We currently distribute in Georgia and other southern states through Destiny Organics and Unique Foods.  If you are currently outside of our distributer network and you are interested in selling our Pilafs, please fill out the "Contact Us" form or send and email to Info@GarlicCloveFoods.com and we will gladly provide you the wholesale information that you need.  

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
